Scenario: This game is the opposite of Potluck: everyone plays the same starting position, but you have your choice of ANY leader in the game. Time to find out who's REALLY the best at achieving each victory type!

Rules: Players must signup through email for this competition. To receive your save game, please send a PM or e-mail (preferred) to Sullla. To qualify, you must have a valid email address so that your start file may be sent directly to you. If you do not receive your file on opening day, or within 48 hours after a late sign up, please check in with Sullla to ensure that your file was sent to the right location. All email messages should include the following three pieces of information:

" Your name (Internet nicknames are fine)
" The email address where you want to receive the save file
" Your desired starting leader and civilization.

Please note that we're sticking with the normal leader/civ combos for this game. You can play as Montezuma, or either of the Roman leaders, but no "Montezuma of the Romans." Understand? You will have all starting techs, leader traits, unique units, and unique buildings of your desired selection, just as if you had picked them from the setup screen.

*DO NOT* discuss your choice of starting leader/civ with other players until the Epic closes!

Scoring: Unlike Potluck games, everyone will be competing on the same basis. Game ranking is by fastest finish of each victory type. Your civ choice is the first step in planning that strategy. If you just can't decide, you may choose to play Potluck style. Start a new game on your own with a random civ selection to have the game pick a civ, and tell Sullla that you chose Potluck, and what leader/civ you drew.
