Among the rest of the non-CRE leaders, 2nd ring capital borders only picked up 9.25 tiles per player so there were definitely some coastal starts with what I assume is seafood.
In contrast, on T3, CRE leaders picked up 11.333 tiles each

tried quick sims again and once again, growing cap to 4 1st is superior (work sheep for 1 turn after hitting size 3 then rest on ivory). Settler out on T30 whether you build settler at size 3 or 4. tried settler at size 2 and could get 3rd city potentially settled on T37 but size 4 opening get you an extra warrior and settle 3rd city at the same turn.

Not much to show mapwise while swinging scout to North. Both civforum and GKC got the cheapest tech turn and a global power increase of 4k so both got hunting. Noted that someone is making 7 food per turn so they hooked up a workboat for 5f seafood. top GNP is now 22 so likely a CRE leader is working said seafood. Only GKC started with a CRE leader and fishing start so he is likely the top food.

Amicalola (whats up with these complicated handles im just gonna refer this player as Cola from now on), superdead, and Magic Science all got a tech, which means fishing or minining. Global power increase of 4k, which means 2 got mine and 1 fish. Cola started with mining so they likely got fishing. Reasonable to think that both superdead and magic science researched mining since they both started with HUNT/FISH.

For context, it is the the name of a waterfall in the state of Georgia and means “tumbling waters” in Cherokee.

oh ok good to know. Learned something. While I was filling out my C&D spreadsheet, I kept on typing their handle as Amicola, until I realized I was doing it wrong.
Something else I need to be aware of is that normal speed whips are base 30 hammers. Was playing a single player game and all the whips I planned after my Golden Age seemed to be off until I realized base whip hammers were not 20 hammers and I was doing the whip math with Organized Religion and forges completely wrong. I only blame myself on the confusion because I am so used to playing single player games on Quick speed.

Could I ask for a possible reload? Moved worker 2S instead of 1S because of server lag (reminder to be extra carefully when logged in with someone else) because i wasnt sure if the first numberpad 2 registered. This actually delays 1st settler by 1 turn. if no reload, i will understand.

Not too happy planting 2nd city NE of pigs but will do if no better spots found. No change in demos from T8

Map screen taken after merciful reload. Demos obv didnt change. The wet wheat does make exploring north further worthwhile.
civforum+jackRB+civac+magic all grew to 2 building workboats and civac teched something. Now surprisingly, all the pop growth accounted for the power so what could civac researched that has 0 power and on T10? Sure enough, I logged back to check and this team found Buddah, which I have to think is crazy because you should research BW and worker techs 1st.

Mjmd teched and global power increase of 2k. Putting that he teched AH. I was only short 10 beakers so he probably worked a commerce tile while building the worker

Miguelito, Gavagai, and Vanrober also teched. Now I do really think all 3 also teched AH as well which would account for the exact 6k global power increase not including my increase. Here's the advantage of the Agri/TW start because now I am heading right to BW while Miguelito and Gavagai have to tech the wheel to connect their 2nd city as well as BW. Vanrober can also goto BW immediately and Agriculture is cheap enough (a very welcome change from TOW) now that it's not a big hinderance to development.

Someone made a warrior. Alarming since even the WB openers should be training a worker and people who went worker 1st should be growing not building a quick warrior. Even if the worker was done at T10 like me and growing on a 2/1 tile, warrior should only be 12/15 done. The horse placement, I have to comment, is worrisome because how far it is and Egypt without horses is Sadgypt.
