My prediction: Auro fails to win via culture. He's got a decent shot, but building the Lyre and other actions (including settlement culture) will alert others to his plans with plenty of time to respond, and he doesn't have anything truly broken (besides cultists) to defend himself with. Also, with the peaceful game no one else really hates anyone else (though Coldrain or others may cause issues), nor has anyone been dragged down in tech. The field also includes three different mage civs and vampires, all of which should be able to prepare strong armies in 30t (unless their tech is very bad).
I think he'd have a very good shot if he went for the Tower of Mastery, btw. But turning off tech is dangerous.
