The average dwarf is steady, observant and composed both during work and combat, yet able to rage with fierce zeal and persistence when the situation calls for it. While a dwarf prefers to plan forward to overcome challenges, many of them easily lose their temperament and self-restraint when exposed to conditions stirring their feelings and concerns.
In past ages, the dwarves rarely left the safety of their mountain fortresses, spending their time on refining metal and stone into powerful weapons and beautiful jewelry. However, when the call to battle sounded, they rose up to defend their friends and allies with unmatched courage and valor. Dwarves like drinking, Mining, and finding treasure.

Oh and remember, in a typical dwarf fight there are on average 150 alliances for every 100 participants.

So, you're saying I should be a scheming wotsit? Oh, and this game has diplo on. Oh my.
Kyan Silvertongue here. Not a very dwarfish name you say? Well, p'raps not. P'raps you should go tell that to Barnaxus over there ey? Y'see, me an' ole Barnie go way back. He's like a brother to me. Better hygiene though.
About that, why does he shower anyhow? I asked him once why he dont rust. He winked at me. A friggin' golem! Barnie is diff'rent o' course. He teaches all the others. He handles the financial side of things and the buildering side of things. The dwarven side of things I guess you could see. Me? I keep us all together, I keep the Luchuirp as the Luchuirp and I keep our enemies tied up in knots with manuscript they sign before they ever understand the true repurcussions. Sure, it aint popular afterwards, but its too bloody late then isnt it. By then, Barnies got the boys together and theres fireballs and smashin' and treasure. Don't forget the treasure, we ain't one o' those Khazad but we do still love the gold stuff. Treasure, I mean, not mead. Course, we love the mead too.

If we can accept a 6'6" human as a dwarf:
Then we can accept a man calling himself Silvertongue (though accepted custom says you should call yourself "Stronginthearm" like many other self-adopted dwarfs).
As regards the treasure, I prefer the shiny stuff to the wet stuff, can't get the hang of quaffing, too much of it seems to go down my throat!

Thread sucks.
No Dwarf drinking songs.
Here's a small sampling for you:
"Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer
Beer, beer, beer, beer"
(repeat)
and:
"Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold
Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold"
(repeat)
These are of course, the short version of the songs. A little effort and you can extrapolate the proper versions. Note that to properly enjoy them, you should indulge in a plate of shrimp and a few half-pints of small beer while singing.

I'm sure they will get on with a rebuttal shortly.
In a little while.
In the meantime, we can indulge in some small talk.

Two problems with the map:
1) Where's the gold?
2) Where's the beer?
Lotsa food though. Lack of rivers visible is a concern. As is the 1 1/2 happy resource.
Workable though.
