Alright. I suppose I volunteered to run this so I will. Truthfully I'm not entirely sure as a lurker that this game deserves awards, but that's not for me to judge. Since the lurker interest in nominations was a lot lower than what I consider necessary to go forward with this, I've taken the liberty to nominate three players for each award just to make it easier. I'll give everyone a day to add suggestions, then create a google doc and close voting in like 2-3 days. I feel like it needs to be fast or people will lose interest quickly. I'll edit this post as necessary.

There are several awards which can only really be voted on by players, I've indicated as such in the post.

I'll reiterate, hopefully anyone who has a "negative" award named after them takes it in the fun spirit its intended:

• The Tatan Award (PBEM4g, PBEM10) - Making the most of your position in the game, good or bad, and showing good spirits.
  Nominees: plako, Team Rome, Ichabod
  
• The plako Award - Not abusing the turn timer, even trying specifically to not abuse it, as though you were roleplaying some sort of perfect turn timer gentleman.
  Nominees: NEED HELP FROM PLAYERS
  
• The Ilios Award (FFH2)- Fighting honorably and fiercely until the bitter end, never trying to throw the game or be spiteful, and keeping all the enmity in-game.
  Nominees: Twinkletoes89, Team Rome
  
• The SevenSpirits Award (PBEM19, PBEM23)- Showing innovative play and an enthusiasm for making the game fun and exciting.
  Nominees: Pindicator, Ichabod, plako
  
• The Pocketbeetle Award (FFH1)- Most entertaining thread updater
  Nominees: Pindicator, Lord Parkin, Ichabod
  
• The Oledavy Award (PBEM17)- Most interesting thread updater (note, not the same thing)
  Nominees: Pindicator, Lord Parkin, Ichabod
  
• The Athlete4Life Award (PB2) - Sneakiest back stab gold star
  Nominees: Pindicator, sunrise089, Ichabod
  
• The Sandover Award (PBEM3) - Mostest with the Leastest award for crap land award
  Nominees: plako, Lord Parkin, MackSeven
  
• The Adlain Award (PB4) - Leastest with mostest award for really good land frittered away
  Nominees: slowcheetah, Twinkletoes89, ASM (This is a guess to some extent. PLEASE NO ONE TAKE OFFENSE.)
  
• The WarlordDr Award (PB4) - Warmonger of the year award for least infrastructure
  Nominees: HitAnyKey, Meiz, MackSeven (This was really just a judgement off openings.)
  
• The FFH7 Clowns Award Warmonger of the year award for most military (important distinction there)
  Nominees: MackSeven, Lord Parkin, Xenu
  
• The novice Award (PBEM13, 17, 23) - for most insanely thorough spreadsheet MM plan
  Nominees: Pindicator, Lord Parkin (If anyone else was doing it, I didn't see it.)
  
• The "Krills' 12 steps to greatness" award (See all Krill games) from most retarded drunken behaviour
  Nominees: Xenu, ASM, Lewwyn
  
• The "WTF Darrell" award (FFH2 I think is the best example) for greatest WTF moment of the game (Always a goody)
  Nominees: ASM - no defense at gold city, Twinkletoes89 - shenanigans around his eventual exit, sunrise089 - razing GLH
  
• The "bloody sunrise" award for most crippling early game strike
  Nominees: MackSeven, Lord Parkin (Nobody else had a decisive early game strike that I can recall)
  
• The regoarrarr award (PB1) - For most disappointing moment
  Nominees: Lord Parkin - game being called before he could wtfpwn everyone, Ichabod - city lost to sunrise089 double move, MackSeven - Xenu invasion
  
• The Lewwyn award (PBEM14) - For most ill-advised rush
  Nominees: Xenu, ASM for coordinating with LP against TT, Yuris vs HAK
  
• The Commodore award (PBEM19, 24) - For most convincing desperate victory attempt

• The Lord Parkin award (PB4) - For most 1t techs in a row

• The mackoti award (many) - For the team that builds the Pyramids

• The Catwalk Award (Pretty much every game) - For most headscratching thread spam.

• The Munro Award (PB1) - For Biggest Upset

• The Cyneheard Award (Every game) - For the biggest bridesmaid
