I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Cottage all the river grasslands, there's no reason to ever work a grassland farm in this case as you will be limited by the happiness cap under Representation and can already run 2 hill mines + up to 3 specialists off the food resources you have there.

Extra citizen space is more efficiently used by cottages as it would take 2 grass farms to add another specialist, and 3 cottages easily beat that, even more so when you get into bureaucracy. It would be a toss up on whether you want to farm the FP or not. I would probably cottage it as it evens out the food if you at some point use the plains forest to squeeze out a bit more production. (Don't chop that one.)
