Yo guys, I've been paying attention to this website, reading a lot of the reports written by the 'champion' Civ III players, and I soon hope to be joining you guys. Just been winning a few Monarch games and moving onto Emperor, and soon I'll be trying a few of your Epics. Thanks for hearing me out! :D

Welcome! I hope you give our current coool Epic a shot - because of the variant rules it's harder than your normal Monarch game, but not a lot. And don't be afraid to post a report even if you should happen to lose! Posting reports on lost games happens quite often here, and the following discussion is the best way to learn.
