Had to trade my gems to get horses, but being CHA I have pretty good base limits, so I can afford it. And to get HAs against an opponent who appears to have no metal? Too important to pass up.

Also, they offered me a peace treaty for some city that I don't know where it is. If it was Beowulf, I would've accepted, but it wasn't, so screw them.

Where is your settler to settle? The old place?

If I can capture Beowulf, I'll send the settler on a galley to the western island. There's ivory and dyes over there, which would be nice. Either that, or resettle Billy Talent (which was NW of the capital).

But it depends if I can capture Beowulf and whether or not it autorazes.

They agreed to peace for Beowulf, which has been renamed A7X (or Avenged Sevenfold). Forgot to screenshot it though. Alo going to resettle Billy Talent, and use my next settler for Ivory. Currently running 0% research while I build up some cash, and probably a couple of Libraries.

Also, Commodore's razed one of scooter's cities down there, probably an autoraze. I've been trading maps with him fairly frequently.

But don't fear, I'm still alive and kicking. Neither of us have anything that resembles an army anymore though.


My economy is back in the toilet after it was almost starting to recover too.


And all the horseys I whipped earlier this turn before Lewger offered peace.


Now, just would like to settle on the desert hill by the stone and horses to secure myself the resources. Maybe research construction after CoL for Elephants.
