Declare War on Barbs after Queing Move

The Next Turn the Shieam will lose their ability to declare war on the barbs because a move was queued for the warrior. This is a highly annoying bug. Just hit enter and take a look.

Another bug, A Lizardman spawns in the City borders and suddenly we're at war with the barbs.
