As for playing the same Civ multiple times.. personally I'd prefer if everyone played something else for the sake of variety and avoiding mixups in-game, but we restricted leaders, not Civs. Sandover, if you'd like to stick with your top pick, I won't object to it.

I fully agree about the variety and mixups thing so I will play Hatshepsut unless others disagree about me stepping down to my second choice.

I can use a text editor to manually change your civ in the worldbuilder file. I did it for PBEM2, just got to remember to change the starting techs.
