Now we randomize who plays first. Could a lurker do that for us?
Then we pick in reverse order.

Someone will also need to set up the game in GMR. Anyone got experience with that?

Sorry for being so shit at organizing I did not choose the Civ5 PBEM 3 organization life, the Civ5 PBEM 3 organization life chose me

You are not shit at organizing. Things are being organized fairly well. I'd agree that 10 CSs for a 4 player game seems pretty good. It's a good compromise, I think, since it gives the city state directed Civs 2 free CSs, in some way.

What are the DLCs that are not included in BNW + G&K? I'd say it's the Wonders of the Ancient World? Though it seems that even those are included currently (what with SoZ being the Honor unlocked wonder, right?).
