Strange bug

I am in for abundant resources, as in my experience this leads to more duplicate bonus resources close by giving interesting chances for harvesting.

I think I know why I can't see the pasteboard images and can write a greasemonkey script to fix it (in short, my browser doesn't like that site in https, but is happy with http... why they feel the need to transfer the pictures securely I have no idea).

We are getting close to our possible starting date, so I guess finishing the settings is in order.

Regarding the map, it seems New, Standard (meaning non-wet) and Abundant won. 

Barbs on and no huts won too.

Anything else I'm missing?

The turn order suggestion was
Kaiser / preferred 15:30 UTC - 22:00 UTC
Rowain / preferred 17:00 UTC - 20:30 UTC
Bacchus / preferred 17:00 UTC +a couple hours
Ichabod / preferred 21:30 UTC - 02:00 UTC
Suboptimal / preferred 21:30 UTC - 03:00 UTC

Why not use Play Your Damn Turn (PYDT) program to pass save around, it worked fine for players of PBEM 1 and 2. Download it and log in with your steam name and password.
You and others might give it a test rounds to get feel for it before real deal starts.

Still I will not be near a civ-computer till Thursday evening (my TZ) for testing PYDT.

Everyone has sent me their civ choice by private message. Here's a summary of the map and game settings:

Pangaea map, Small size, Prince difficulty, 10 city states
New world age, Standard climate, Abundant resources
Barbarians on, Tribal Villages turned off

The turn order with civ choices:

Kaiser: Japan/Hojo
Rowain: America/Roosevelt
Bacchus: India/Gandhi
Ichabod: England/Victoria
Suboptimal: Arabia/Saladin

All new civs, zero repeats from past Civ6 PBEM games! Well done all of you.

I'll get started rolling some maps tonight and see if I can find a good one. In the meantime, I'll suggest that all of you register with the PYDT website and try to setup a quick practice game to make sure that any technical issues are resolved. The PYDT software has worked very well for our past two games, and I highly recommend it over trying to email the saves back and forth. Up to the five of you, of course. Good luck to all of you.
