Perhaps I should be more specific - Turn 28, the worker will be 1W of the capital, starting a chop. chop comes in on 30 and overflows into a worker - According to my calculations this gives us a total of 46!!! foodhammers into a worker that very turn. The next turn we have another 15 food hammers, so we complete the worker just exactly, sending it 2 north to chop a settler.

Oh, right, your plan was to put a third chop in the Settler to get good overflow, since we don't need the road if we're not rushing for copper. Sorry, I forgot.

Still not a fan of the quick third Settler, since we're stuck at 2 workers, 3 cities without an easy way to get more.

How many chops are you planning to put into the 2nd Settler? 1 overflow, 1 additional? Where will we get the Worker labor? One Worker will be farming the Corn at the west city, and the other will be roading to the Copper.

EDIT: Missed your post, give me a second.

The second city should start on another worker. It'll take 10 turns but that's ok - the capital will produce 2 additional warriors before turn 42?

So we work just the improved Copper and build a Worker at Size 1?

Okay, so Worker completes T32, Settler completes ~T36, and we'll be relying on our first Warrior and Scout for defense until T42?

No - the capital makes another warrior afterwards. Settler completes on 37, with overflow for a warrior 1 turn I think.

Another option is to not chop the settler, simply whip it. This frees up the worker moves to road and allows us to immediately construct the pasture.

Plus, building a few warriors lets us hold off on pottery and go religion first, grabbing pottery by 43~44

Okay, so Settler completes T31, chop/overflow Worker completes ~T33, Toulon pops out another Warrior for defense ~T36, we work foodhammers for ~4 turns to get to 50/100 on the Settler ~T41, then whip it? I'm okay with this plan. If I haven't misunderstood something or screwed up the timing, sure, let's go for religion.

...I really need to get into the habit of doing micro plans sooner. Do you still have that Discord link? Would definitely be helpful for next time we need to make a decision.

no?
I'm talking about building a worker in our second city, near the corn.

Re: copper, was hoping we could improve the Sheep and grow to Size 2.

Re: Worker in second city, what? How? You were going to chop a forest into Toulon T30, get lots of overflow for T31, and have a Worker finish in Toulon T32, right?

EDIT: Ney will be improving the Corn at West City until T37, yes?

Yes, and also a third worker in the corn city, built dry and pops out on turn 43.
Correct on Ney
