My intention here is to eliminate info that players don't have to work for, also I think nature info you get from score in PB is borderline abuse of a system that was clearly not intended for that purpose.
In that regard, I see the demo screen as much more problematic, but differing from PBspy it's part of the game and meant to be there.
Maybe graphs are too cheap, I can also think of a system where you add some noise on them and with increasing EP spending that gets reduced, or they lag some 10t and you need to increase EP if you want the more recent graphs, but all that isn't really "close to home", and also not the purpose here

Are we playing with blind spies? If so, can we set the change of them being caught to zero?

your 'eliminate info that players don't have to work for' confuses me ... got an example?
The score and the charts / demo are designed to give you a feeling for how you are tracking v the others. That is definitely part of the game and should be there. The score itself is made up of lots of stuff and keeping track of it reveals information (population count, tech, etc). Maybe a simplified score (city count / tile count) might be more appropriate.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

No changes were made toward spies in CtH.

I mean said closes on the 20th soo technically ya your good.
That makes 12!!! Do we want a big game or two small games of 6 each (split roughly by experience?). I'm assuming default would be a big game.

Welcome scooter.
Mind, I'm counting 11? Amicalola hasn't renewed their subscription afaik. I'd stay with the large group, but again that's a good reason for limited expansion room per player.

I threw my one and only vote on the map size setting, otherwise I'm happy to roll with whatever else is picked.

That's right, gira was missing on my list, apologies . As per the OP we're more at maximum capacity, so I suppose we can close signups. A lot of players have expressed interest in a dedlurker, so anybody interested is welcome to join a team.
We should still wait for Barbarian and Cairo to cast their votes, and then Commodore can go ahead. But 12 players is set.

Sure thing, could I get a map/settings/pick method summary in the first post for my reference?
