How about a worker, then a library? I believe Citadel has a granary already.

Agreed, let's go with a worker. It only takes 6 turns to build and we still have whip unhappiness for 4, so I went ahead and started it right away. Citadel does not have a granary, but we don't need it yet. It grows fast enough as it is, and health is not an issue yet. We also don't have production tiles to switch to after hitting the cap. We'll build a granary later though.
Stonehenge was built, but not by Brick and Commodore. It was built by AT. Makes sense, Stonehenge has good synergy with charismatic trait. It was a risky move with the industrious leaders in the game, but on the other hand Azza has the creative trait and Brick and Commodore have the terrace, so they had little reason to go after Stonehenge. AT also met another team this turn.

Research was set to Mysticism, with the goal of grabbing Buddhism.
Let's see if it will be worth the detour.

West looks promising.
First barbarian!
Buddhism was found so I changed research to mathematics.

I wouldn't want to be a Reaper Scout, they don't have a very high life-expectancy.

Low odds, but there's still some chance. How many turns till Math?

He had around 5% odds, didn't make it. 22 turns till maths at current pace, but I expect it to be changing as our cities grow. Speaking of cities growing, yeah, let's just settle the horses city next for that +1 happiness, it is all we can get atm.. In fact I'm considering changing our research back to the religion tree. I was hoping we'd find some happiness resources or even ivory with the scout, but now he is dead. Even though it's okay to whip frequently, I do not believe that it is a good idea to have our cities capped at 4 pop for too long. They need to grow. We have plenty of health, but zero happiness.

The scout will be rememered as a hero. The barbarians will get punished for this deed.
If the horses city is next, then we need Fishing.
What's the religion tree plan? Monotheism? Monarchy?

Two choices: -
- Mysticism > Meditation > Priesthood > Monarchy
- Mysticism > Polytheism > Masonry > Monotheism > Monarchy
We're going with the first one. It's a faster way to Monarchy, and Priesthood is also required for Code of Laws.
Btw congrats on the username change, I guess
