Looks like Gavagai got the MoM. But I definitely still have more room to expand through ipecac, ot4e, and REM. Ipecac's cities are very well fortified now and I think I need construction to crack his defenses. If I have to wait that long, I might consider waiting till knights. Now the priorities are to increase the happy cap and get the zigs out to start salvaging the economy.

Summary of game in T115 before pics. I am not doing too hot now because of the happy cap constraint, so I been keeping my cities small. The good news is that zigs are finally coming online. Also I should have scouted south earlier since where I thought REM would have settled while I was trying to salvage my economy still hasnt? Next turn getting monarchy and adapting HR and OR to blow past the happy cap constraint.

yeah scouting the battle front with a worker since the core really cant work a lot of tiles due to lack of happy. I can't wait for HR. Not sure if it was a mistake to research meditation because I got to priesthood 1 turn earlier and hence currency but it delayed HR. Really torn what to research next. Part of me wants to tech MC next then 3 whip forges then build an army, while building an army now seems tempting as well.

well looks like the path is super clear now. from GNP scrying the viking team likely got construction to take out ipecac. I need to do the same. Construction then HBR and cut all those trees for rax and units.

Ipecac lost his capital to the vikings. at least construction is done EOT. Then I think only 4 turns to HBR, followed by 3t to IW.

has it really been 2 weeks. I decided to call off on a premature attack since the viking civ did not push further to me. Instead they are invading Timski. Started GA, got calendar, feud, finishing machinery at EOT of GA. I am waiting for knights since the plan now is to not just finish ipecac but sweep westward and remove the vikings from my west as well. The annoying part is that they have around 12 boats so far and I have so many coastal cities to defend.

EDIT: attacking REM now is sadly not an option since he already got machinery and I have to assume 1 tech away to pikes.

Argh REM is beelining to guilds and I am probably the likeliest target even though his attack will have 0 chance of succeding. sigh.
