Turn 61 & Strategic Review
I figured I would incorporate the strategic review into my turn post. I don't feel like writing 2 posts tonight and think 1 longer post would be better. If I wrote 2 posts, both would probably be rushed and thoughtless.
Let's start with some review. I meet Pericles in the last 10 turns and decided to declare friendship. This will allow me to peacefully develop until at least T80, when my agreement with Russia will end. I won't ask him to renew but he asks I will have to see where I am. I think he is/will be relatively weak in the long run and should not be much of an issue. Pericles should be much more of a threat to me once his peace deal is finished and it might be nice to have a peace deal with Russia if/when I go to war with Pericles. But, like I said I will have to see what it looks like around that time. I have 2 other reasons for asking Pericles for peace: (1) he should be able go balls-to-the-wall attacking oledavy and hopefully slow both of their development down. The bonus is that Germany is also at war with oledavy. I just hope oledavy can hold out. And (2), by have Pericles able to solely focus on attacking oledavy, oledavy is going to have to focus on military, he will not have the option of building any wonders. I now think Petra could be relatively safe. Hopefully I am not reading this wrong and this war is just a little border skirmish where nobody is really trying. But Pericles' army is growing in power which indicates he is truly attacking or going to be attack soon.
Since I am talking about the other players, lets take a look at the score...

A break down of each player:
oledavy: He is rank #1 with a score of 81 and has 9 civics, 12 techs and an empire score of 39 (4 cities, 13 population, and 2 districts). We are pretty neck and neck and he only has 2 districts up on me but that will change in the next 10 turns. I think since he is at war with 2 civs now, he is probably researching the bottom have of the tech tree to get the military techs out and beelining to Machinery or at least that is what I would do. I think he has more overall beakers than me and is probably up Iron Working, where I have Astrology, otherwise I think we have the same techs. Civic-wise, I think we are probably have the same ones.
TheArchduke: He is rank #3 with a score of 67 and has 6 civics, 8 techs, and an empire score of 36 (4 cities, 13 population, and 1 district (encampment)). He must be working a tile that provides a couple of science because we have the same population but his rate is a little higher. I'm guessing he has the first 3 techs plus Archery, Bronze working, Wheel, Writing, and Irrigation. Civic-wise, i think he made it to PP and is probably missing Mysticism and Military Tradition or has one of those and not PP. He has a high military power but not too much higher than mine. I probably have more units and he has a few horses and more archers.
Alhambram: He is rank #4 with a score of 63 and has 8 civics, 8 techs, and an empire score of 31 (3 cities, 10 population, and 2 districts (Larvas)). I am guessing he has everything to and including PP. For techs, the first 3, Archery, Astrology, BW, Writing, and Masonry or Wheel. I should start pulling away more soon. He will set his desert city on T62, hopefully he doesn't take all of JC's tiles to the south.
Sinagboy: He is rank last with a score of 61 and has 5 civics, 11 techs, and an empire score of 29 (3 cities, 11 population, and 1 district (encampment). I am not sure of what techs he has but I am sure he does not have the PP civic. I do think he has a few more expensive techs than me and has focused on the bottom of the tree. He is hurting for culture right now and is falling behind.
That is where I think everybody is at. Now for my strategy in the next 10 to 20 turns. Over the last few turns I have been feeling like my development is hurting because I have been focused on too many wonders too soon and my economy is crap right now. I don't even have any district built, which is fairly late for me (especially commercial districts) and I need to buy a few more tiles soon. I think I might delay the Colosseum and entertainment district and instead build the commercial district in MS. I am also going to use the free builder for the Pyramids to develop a few cities a little and get another settler out of MS soon for city #5 spot. I don't think I would have the gold to buy the Colosseum tile soon anyways. I stil want to build Petra soon just in case I am wrong about oledavy but I think if I use the Pyramid's builder to develop instead of a wonder it can really help me out. Also, I can get a commercial district sooner for more gold and send a trader from "Pirates" to Zanzibar to really boost my gold, hopefully it will go through MS too. I should be able to abuse overflow and a few chops to get 3 districts out in the next 10 turns. I start with Stonehenge....

I put one more charge into it and let MS put a turn of production. This should bring it to under 5 cogs remaining. I will then put another charge next turn, finishing it and overflow ~33-36 cogs into the commercial district. Then, I will put a turn into it to have the overflow apply to it and then switch to a settler. I will work the settler down to 1 or 2 turns left and then chop the forest on my next tile grab, overflowing into the district and work the next 1 to 3 turns to finish it. Then, I will start the entertainment district and a builder in another city.
In SM, I play on chopping the warrior with 1 turn left and overflowing into a builder which hopefully on needs 1 turn to finish. Then I will use the builder to improve a few tiles and chop out a campus. I will have to see how long it takes to build another warrior to see if I chop directly into the campus or use overflow for more cogs. I should be able to improve the cows and tea and chop where I want the commercial district, great library, and campus. I will need to buy the campus tile and should have enough gold when I take the northern barb camp in a few turns.
In JC, when the builder is complete I am going to start an archer and have the builder farm a few tiles, mine a hill or 2, and do a chop when 1 turn is left in the archer into the encampment. Then I will work on the encampment until it is done and then start the commercial district. After that, it will be horseman, horseman, horseman until I can build a industrial zone.
In "Pirates", I am probably going to build a Settler after the watermill. It will take a while and hopefully I can buy a few better production tiles soon. This city will be my settler farm for my back lines until I can build a harbor.
Tech-wise, I am going to finish Apprenticeship and Math and then head down the bottom of the tree until I get to Machinery. I will need to buy an iron tile (both are 3rd ring) for the eureka for Iron Working. this is one of the reasons I want to develop my cities more sooner than build a wonder.
Civic-wise, I am going to slow research Defensive Tactics after I put another turn into Military Training. I want Limes to build walls and possible overflow chop into something I don't get a bonus on.
Here is a shot of my civilization in strategic view....

I think I wrote enough now, so I will end with this: Stonehenge due next turn, Pyramids due in 3 turns, Oracle and Hanging Gardens in 8 turns or less. Petra in ~15 turns. Colosseum and Great Library in ? turns (probably 20 or so).

. O.k., technically "Woden" is the Anglo-Saxon's version of Odin and not Norse but I am not a historian and not going to split hairs. I take Divine Inspiration (+4 faith to wonders) and Scripture (+25% city pressure of religion).
