SD has this to say:
"I'll burn to the ground any city you settle to the east of your Copper's city meridian" actually increases our confusion. Are you saying you're fine with a city on the incense, but 3S1E of our copper city would be a problem?
This shows the natural spheres of influence going from our capitals, and we'd be happy to use this as a basis for a border agreement. We'd really like to settle 1S of ivory, but that would stop you settling any more cities in the area, so would you like to stop threatening us and try negotiating? What are you willing to give us if we settle south and leave the site between ivory and wheat for you to settle?
We're expecting Alphabet on t70, so you could give us Archery+Maths for it at that point? Any other thoughts?"
I ask everyone to copy all they send to me to Irismono but SD didn't do it. It does not win him any points. And this is the image attached: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/4xfj...iation.jpg
My thoughts. 1S from Ivory is unacceptable, I do not want our border city to be on a hill. I want to send a counter-proposal that he settles 2S of Ivory and cedes me Fish/Incense spot. Irismono, what do you think?

And this is from TBW:
"I try to avoid agreeing to official NAPs because I feel like they're just announcing "hey, I'm going to attack you on turn X+1", but I'm on board with everything else".
I think TBW will be the next to fall after SD because hell, we just started talking and the dude is being difficult for no reason. Working with him will be a joy, I can already see that. Proposed reply:
"Observe that NAP I propose is indefinite. Basically, all it means is that you cannot attack other members of the alliance out of blue - you need first officially leave the alliance and then wait ten turns. I think this is reasonable".

Sounds reasonable to me as well, except that it will be difficult to get out. As for SD, I think we still do the trade, but let everyone else in the circle know. Incense City is ours.

In respect to SD - I do not think much comes out of these negotiations. He wouldn't want to cede me Incense city, I will ask him to give me a free tech instead and hope he is stupid enough to accept. I am not going to give him any techs.

Excellent, all the better for us.

SD has this to say.
"We are fine with you settling ON the incense as to not mess with our lake, and settling NE of the ivory. In exchange we will settle by the wheat, and SE of the corn ( we cant settle 2S of the ivory ) We also require that we both sign an official NAP to t100 to solidify this deal".
Wow, better than I expected. NAP until T100 is out of the question but I can see us taking NAP until T90 after consultation with General. Irismono, AFAIK, there is an easy way to organize a chat on discord? From what I remember, you are native to this platform. If I am correct about this, can you fix something for us two, General and TBW there? Want to bring them (mostly, General, TBW is unlikely to care) up to speed on SD affairs and discuss tech trades.

Organizing a chat is quite easy as long as all the members are friends, otherwise it's always easy enough to set up a private server.

Update for lurkers:
We're currently doing Diplo via PMs, the following has been determined:
1. Cairo is not part of the alliance, we're not sure what's going on yet, but this is looking like it's gonna be a 3v3 if we aren't careful.
2. We're arranging tech trades between our team, things are going about as well as can be expected.
3. Raskol is quickly becoming a pain in TBW's butt, having gotten both Stonehenge and Judaism in the same city near TBW's border.
4. We've signed a NAP with SD to Turn 90 (100?, Wasn't super clear on that, Gav's been handling that side.)
Overall I think we're doing pretty well, I'll let Gav cover the non-diplo side.
