Trying to put all the settings in 1 place:

Barbarian start with 4 holy cities (Buddism, Hinduism, Judaism and Confucianism). Each holy city has Shrine in.

Monarch difficulty.

Cylindrical wrap.

Wonder bans: AP -3,5 votes (MoM - 2 votes, Colossus - 2 votes)

Bans: Nukes, Blockades, Spy missions,  Aerial bombardment on improvements only (city bombardment allowed)

More bans: Huts, Events, Barbs, Vassal States, Tech Trading, Nukes

Anything else

In PB33 all the priority lists were published with the statistics (who got what in which round). I am not sure if it is good idea for us just to let everyone post it here. But since we have no starting map revealed, why not?
