Since this game is coming up on turn 100 (and numerology is important), how would you rank the field in terms of chance to win the game?

Charriu i dont see winning this unless something drastic happens where he ends up the 3rd+ on a dogpile. Quick update before i go to bed, Great Lighthouse due in 3-4 turns depending on if my micro leaves me at 200/200 or 199/200.. >.> Rome has some preats in a border city, but ill be scouting his ass out in the next turn or two to be sure of where his army is located. ( about the only way i see i can lose this game is rome attacking, im forced to whip a metric shitload of axes, and Magic piles on, then shallow eats a city. ) Basically, because we are all so evenly matched atm.. it comes down to a couple factors imo. #1- Who eats RFS and gets away with it. #2- Who does Rome attack. #3- Does anyone stop me from eating Magic around turn 125? Also, dear commodore, please put me next to a "rfs" next time!
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow.
In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."-Old Harry. turn 101-
Great Lighthouse due turn 104 or turn 105. Rome looks to be attacking Charriu very very soon ( they still had a peace treaty this/last turn ). Shallow declared on RFS. Magic had a couple chariots by Shallow's border and moved them away last turn, so dont know where his mobile army is atm. From what i can tell, only myself and rome have currency due to the $ per turn we can generate at i presume 0% science.. So, any further warring by everyone else is great for me. i REALLY hope Magic starts a war with someone. GLH + eco to drive into Horse archers? YES PLZ. [img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img]As you can no doubt tell by the units in Magic's border cities... he doesnt quite trust me

Ill keep quiet in the tech thread to make sure no one believes that i fear OT4E and his AGG rome... However i do feel it imbalances the game, but i also dont wanna sit for X days waiting for someone more greenie to jump on it. I guess ill just have to hope that he doesnt mind me keeping scouts in his land to keep an eye on where the legion is heading. Currently he and basically everyone else is eating RFS my only non-neighbor. Awesome.

Anyway...
Turn 105- A couple turns late, but I completed The Great Lighthouse, and improved my eco just a tad, but it will be better when i connect shallow thoughts cities with mine, AND when i launch the two pronged war on Magic. Finishing Iron Working EoT, following research into HBR-Archery. Should be a fun couple of turns coming up.. [img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img]Graphs-

[img] [/img]Hmm... so this was declared last turn after i played.. and Shallow has had a chance to take what i assume is a war/peace.... Maybe this is more? That would be FANTASTIC. Plus it would make me want to slam into Shallow vs magic. ETA on HBR is 5-6 turns. saving gold for 3 turns then burning thru to archery. Im starting to get a nice lead in food, despite having less cities than shallow.. I am #1 in population, but i still got quite a bit of space to grow. Interesting. I sent OT4E a copper/copper deal just incase its a real war, i want him to at least think im joining in later. I also sent Magic a horse/horse+ something else if i remember right, this is basically to see if he is even willing to try and demilitarize our border a smidge. Otherwise im going to have 10-15 units stacked in The Flash and Green Lantern.. [img] [/img][img] [/img]Keeping an eye on Shallow/OT4E's troop movements, dont want to have a city sniped and have that lead to any kind of dog pile. I know magic is just itching for revenge of some kind. Also kinda surprised that no one has tried to build the mids yet. OT4E might soon, as he is gonna be hooking up his stone... I could chop a large chunk of the mids out in my soon to be planted city.. but that would prevent me from laying down mines/cottages. Decisions.

The world is finally at peace. I have one more turn of 100% gold and then ill research HBR-Archery and begin a buildup. I want this game to be explosive and fun, since i so very obviously failed in this game with not-enough-worker syndrome.. ill have to just take more well developed land instead! Heading towards HBR now, slowly realizing that being low on workers is alot more damaging than i initially thought.. Just looking at other players and what they have for improvements makes me think that i need to conquer someone/thing now, before their cottages/ect overtake me more than they currently are.

Other than Magic, i have pretty secure borders imo. So im continuing to build infrastructure to prepare for what i can only assume, will be 50+ turns of war. Current plan- Build infra, continue teching towards literature - metal casting, start building HA's, wait for a war to break out between someone i border, ???, Profit. [img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img]Any questions?
