Reports indicate that Davy gifted a big army to Commodore, and Commodore then attacked NoGas with it on the same turn. This is in sketchy territory IMO, it's come up a few times before as the gifting mechanism in sequential games allows double-moving (units' move points are refreshed and spent twice in the same turn), and it's unclear whether using this to your advantage is reasonable.
I don't think anything needs to be done in this case, unless NoGas seriously object. It doesn't look like it will affect the game.

The key thing is if a gifted unit does multiple actions. In this case, Dave made peace with Mist, changing the geopolitical situation. But before Nobes could adapt, the units received 2 turns worth of movement within a single turn.
So yeah, Nobes will have a case if he complains. But is it worth reloading over? I dunno. Nobes' call

I know that exactly this question was asked in PBEM10 as well - but BEFORE the units were moved. I think the should just declare Gaspar/Noble winner and be done with it. I mean, why are the others even working together now? Just so that instead of GasNob Commodore can win? I really don't see a reason for that, other than oledavy wanting to see fireworks. It just doesn't make sense for me to act like that.

I agree, Seroda. This fight should have been called long before now. I don't think the intent was to double-move. A reload would probably be more annoying than it is worth.

Gaspar had it right in his last post - the other three players should have conceded 15 turns ago (or set up their dogpile 25 turns ago). NoGas will at least get to start their roflstomp now; I don't see the game lasting long once they roll out the blitzkrieg.

Or, y'know, NoGas could have pushed for victory rather than simply cruising at #1 in the demos. I still think they could have turned their 3 or 4 to 1 advantage in MFG into a winning army despite the natural defensive advantages in this game. Or at least, go crush Mistabod and DaveV, despite the whole 'friend to us all game' thing. You can make a banter thread post saying 'sorry, you've been a good friend, but it's time to end this game'.
I think they're equally to blame for the game stretching on like this. They've made it clear to the others that victory isn't possible, without actually claiming that victory for themselves. I'm not surprised that when people know they can't win, they start messing around doing whatever they can affect.

Nobes has been waiting for Industrialism, to get Tanks and Bombers out. This is important, as moving out too early with naught but Infantry are just going to get slaughtered, and won't actually help to reduce Commodore's industry.

That would be a little extreme, since I'm not even in the game

One thing that could make this game interesting would be to declare NobleGas winners and then let the other players team up against them as an alliance, including full coordination. The way things are going now, seems most players aren't having much fun.

I hope they concede, forming a dogpile seems like it's a sign that GasNob has ran away with this game.
