Honestly, War Weariness is so nerfed in CtH that you probably might think you're playing with it off. It even decays while at war.

I don't mind either way, although it seems weird to do out best to have a balanced setup and then deliberately unbalance it with increased randomness from events. Since this wasn't brought up during setup discussion, and we have a strong obejction, I think we should go without double events

Just not excited to find them doubled at the last second. I won't quit over it by any means, so if everyone else really wants it I'll just use it as my excuse for anything that goes wrong for the entirety of the game.

I was assuming doubled events when voting for them on but never explicitly said it. No worries leaving them at normal frequency though I think more events tend to balance out the luck rather than fewer. But as Tarkeel said, I'm crazy. Quote: I'll just use it as my excuse for anything that goes wrong for the entirety of the game. This is the other reason I wanted them on: so I'd have something to blame other than my play if things go wrong.

After your discussion settled the game can start. Server setup is done, now.
![]() Would it also be ok if I randomly spread the five religions in turn 5 instead waiting for the automated spreading in T6? I will put the religion in the youngest city of each player and add a missionary in this city.
Thanks Ramk, for the sake of compromise we'll eschew double events.
If turn 5 makes it easier, that's fine.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out. (February 17th, 2024, 10:01)Ramkhamhaeng Wrote: After your discussion settled the game can start. Server setup is done, now. This sounds fine to me. I see the game is online. Are we safe to login and claim civs then? |
