Lewwyn Wrote:I just went back and reread post 108. Ugh. Now I wanna lynch MJW all over again. Nothing in it makes any sense. Why would I attack MJW because he's going after F&I? I voted to lynch him before anyone else even posted!
I'm sorry if others believe he's innocent but I just do not know. I mean everyone go read that post! He's spreading suspicion with incoherent and misleading ideas.
I agree that almost nothing in that post makes logical sense. But he's not really spreading suspicion, everybody's ignoring him anyway. And it's true what Irgy said, that there is an occasional gem in his ramblings.
Here's MJW's post:
I have to run.

The problem is sometimes he makes things up or spread deliberatly misinformation

Yeah I do, and trying to point suspicion at me on that basis is laughable.

Ok, time for casting a vote for the first time.
Lewwyn
Why?
First. I don't understand his crusade against MJW. He was the first to vote to lynch MJW in what we can only assume was a joke post. Why? Because it was the first player post after Sareln created the thread. There were absolutely no evidence to sustain the vote based on this game.
After that, Lewwyn gave several different reasons for lynching MJW. After my first post defending MJW, he said he wouldn't change the vote because there was no way to prove MJW was not a wolf. Well, there was no evidence pointing to MJW being a wolf, too.
All the other votes against MJW were based on the fact that, even if he's a villager, we don't lose much by lynching him. Not because there were evidences pointing to him being a wolf. I can accept the first argument, but I can't understand why MJW (remember that it was very early in the game) would look like a wolf more than any other player.
After the Lewwyn small bandwagon, he changed his votes very fast, but kept the pressure on MJW with his comments. This time he also started using the "MJW is the most unhelpful village" theory too. And the thing about post 108 doesn't make much sense to me. It seems like any other post by MJW. So, taking Cull's argument so seriously like he did seems a little wolfish to me.
Second. This is probably very stupid and random, but I think Lewwyn is posting a little too much after being accused. I don't see a point in becoming desperate about some votes, unless you have something to lose. And in my mind, just the wolves and the power-roles have things to lose in this game.
Well. Not that good of a reasoning behind my vote, but with the limited info we have, it's the best I could come up with.

I'm going to vote for Lewwyn to get his attention that we're waiting on his pick in the PBEM planning thread. I don't think Lewwyn has been particularly suspicious, so I will probably change my vote when he pops in the thread to make his pick.
Who will I change my vote to? I find these people to be most suspicious at the moment. Please keep in mind that I really don't have a good grasp on who is suspicious and who isn't at the moment, so this list is both fluid and it's not based on much - I fully admit that. However, based on what we DO have....
1. MJW - I trust this guy about as far as I can throw him. His posts tend to be quite disruptive, and the wolves would benefit from him being alive in the village. Granted, the counter to the argument is that he's being a little TOO ridiculous to be a wolf, but to me, day 1 is a crapshoot, so you go with your best bet, which at this moment is looking like MJW. It's simple risk analysis - if he's a wolf, great for us for lynching him. If he's a villager, then it always stinks to lynch a villager, but if we're going to lose one (and we will this game), then I'd rather it be him. The only major loss would be if he's a villager power role, but I honestly think he would have claimed it by now if he was one. I view him as high reward, with the lowest risk to lynch.
2. Pocketbeetle - He seems to be consciously attempting to fly under the radar, since he's not usually one to be quiet on these forums like he has been.
3. Sandover - Strikes me as flippant, flinging out votes left and right just to stir the pot, voting for anyone that looks at him funny (this post probably means it'll be my turn next ). Half of me expected him to do exactly this as it's kind of his style, but the other half makes me feel like he's reprising his WW1 role - shaking things up in a subtle attempt to flush out the power roles for the wolves.
These are probably the only 3 I'd feel comfortable seriously voting for at the moment, with Cull getting the honorable mention.

This is unexpected. People apparently agree with Irgy and me that we should spread the votes around, but they want a three-way tie. Well, I do agree the larger the tie, the more likely one of the targets is a wolf, and a bandwagon including MJW and fire&ice doesn't seem like the most stable of places to be, so I'll try someone else. [STRIKE]fire&ice [/STRIKE] Cull
Hey, I was barely around yesterday either, but you've still got more than a full day to post something - please do so!

1º. Why did you vote for Jkaen as mayor, Lewwyn?
2º. What's the reason behind voting to lynch Lewwyn (for those who voted to do it, including Meiz who already switched)?
Friendly jab from WW2. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you check, I actually was posting even more before I was accused. If I stopped posting it would be even more suspicious. Plus thats just not who I am. I want to be active player in the Village, that comes with risks. Like appearing too aggressive or too conniving or what have you.
I actually planned on voting for MJW the moment he signed up in the WW3 sign up thread if I ended up as a villager. If I had ended up as a WW I would have played a much quieter game I think. Then again, my desire to be active may have pushed me to post. Dunno. All I can say is, my first post against MJW was not a joke. I seriously want to lynch him because he is a time bomb IMO. Thats all there is to that. I said in earlier posts thats pretty much it.
When I changed my vote I specifically said this might appear suspicious. Its fairly damn if you do damned if you don't. I am a villager though so I'm not as important to the game (though I do contribute often). If I end up lynched it should give you guys some good info because of how much I've stirred the pot.
