Along those lines, for the next couple of days Dave whenever you log in do you think you could grab a demogs screenshot? (I ask you just since you seem to log in frequently) Just by looking at when that top crop yield changes compared to who played we should be able to figure out who it is. We want to know just because it is so ridiculously high (some 40 points over me and WK who are #2 and #3).

Ok, these were the demogs prior to that, at the end of our previous turn:



So that suggests the #1 crop yield is not on Team 1 or 4. I just checked in after Lewwyen and ASM played:



So top crop yield is either Luddite, or someone not changing. Should know for sure after Luddite plays and we see it change most likely.

Also interesting is that in the time frame that Lewwyn and ASM played, top land score decreased by 3 tiles. I think that would have to be one of them winning back 3 tiles against speaker culturally, right? I can't see a city capture changing three tiles.

Finally and most importantly, Spullarise researched education this turn (partially bulbed? Can't remember when their most recent GS was). Now to see if they just go the standard lib-->nationalism, or if they feel they have enough time to aim for something more expensive (what I don't know though, there are at least two other teams that must be pressuring them I hope).

I need to learn FFH one day so I can appreciate all those well-updated games played here...

Hopefully Thoth can be a dependable turnplayer for Team #4, that's all I really want at this point - just to keep the game rolling. Fwiw, it looks like Catwalk is considering jumping onboard too.

Team #1 is ascendant in tech at the moment, with nearly twice the beakers of the other teams. I went ahead and penciled Engineering in for us, making our tech status look a little better Our situation will improve significantly soon with the academies and 2,700 beakers of bulbing.

Teams #2 & #4 are both due for a tech within the next few turns. It will be really interesting to see what paths they choose.

Team #4 researched Theology, for no real reason that I can divine. Do they need theocracy that desperately? Or are they making a run at DR?
