Post a picture and we can tactic together. My expectation was that he'd just move swords to invest the camp.

To be perfectly blunt, I do not get Ichabod at all. But neither do I get the other players.

A cede of Carthage for Proxy Hatch is a good deal. He has zero chance of breaking through your legions and the wall in any way, shape or form and will only antagonize you further and ensure that the only way forward in the game is to spoil his victory. duh

My suggestions would be to chop out 2-3 archers and use the overflow for a commercial hub in the capital followed by a campus and an encampment in 4Raxallin (to ensure further stalling 1NE of the Campus).

Right now we are in no rush whatsoever as the ongoing war will only ensure that others will dow Ichabod as well. I would also reoffer the deal for Proxy hatch.

So atm finish walls, then a 2nd and 3rd builder, chop archers, profit and then maybe pounce on Ichabod in 10 turns or so.

Lol, he retreated?! I should have posted last turn's screenie, there were 5+ units going full pelt at our core.

I say finish walls, chop Hub via Archer overflow, reoffer Carthage for Proxy deal (ask for.Jade from Carthage too). Heal up and start pushing up to Proxy. In 4Rax build a settler.

Switched to a builder in the capital as well. Both can chop out archers and overflow into districts and settlers.

Resent a peace offer, my suggestion is to resend it every turn until he gets the message.

No peace and I have zero clue what he wants to achieve here.

No units on the horizon.
