I am here to formally announce the signing of a Mutual Defense Pact between the Galactic Empire and the Holy Roman Empire. Should either party come under attack, we will both work together to defeat the aggressor and the activation of the MDP will override any existing NAP with a third party. We both hope to see a peaceful future.

The Holy Roman Empire are very glad our fruitfull cooperation with the Galactic Empire has led to this grand new page in our history. We plan for a peaceful future as well!

The Galactic Empire formally declares war upon the New Republic of the Inca in this Turn, 151. Hostilities will commence once reality is restored.

We believe that there are some technical issues that need to be sorted out, insofar as when each side may legitimately act, so I will address that in the appropriate forum.

There was no option. The city in question was spreading harmful propaganda towards Korean capital and was clearly just an military outpost. Main purpose of the city was to get easy access to attack Seoul and get visibility to inside it. This couldn't be accepted.
