place to settle, place to settle
initial suggestions lean towards SIP or SE
pro/cons of moving SE would be
-Grassland hill Forest, -Plains, ---Coast, -Ocean -offshore plains wet wheat
+riverside Grassland hill, +riverside Grassland Forest, ++Tundra Forest, +Grassland, +Tundra hill, +Mountain
Guts say that 1SE would likely better, the two grassland tiles wins over the corrospondant grassland hill and plains to the north, the coasts+ocean vs, tundras and Mountains is in my book roughly equal (if for nothing else then due to the fact that there might be something interesting down there), and lastly the offshore wet wheat ... which would be useless till at least Sailing at which point it looks like that there could be a at least respectable city overthere using it instead of the cap
Hence SE is better even if theres no resouces down there ... for the reason i scout N-NW to see if theres something interesting up there which could bring reason to 'waste' a turn climbing over the hill settling up there

Plain tile is Wine ... short term not to interesting but nice to know that i have at least 1 Happiness, maybe i can pick it up with a city also grabbing the wheat in the corner later on ...
I Settle 1SE

One of the Tundra Forests was Fur ... thats +2Happiness allready ...
My starting tech path is Argiculture (starting to farm those FPs since i'm low on food) -> Fishing (need early exploring) -> AH (Cows) -> Mining ... and then depending on where the need is, BW or Sailing first)
