Since nobody's posting here, I thought I'd congratulate the world on reaching 1,000 citizens . Go world!

What's to talk about? I'm sure the only two relevant players in this diplomatic farce have plenty of time between sexting to say whatever needs to be said.

Indeed. As a note, all three of the diplomacy-on games I've played in have been ruined by this sort of game-long collusion/NAP. So a lot of angry rifle-armed trolls are going to seek to kill, steal, and destroy as much as possible, just fyi. Then the world can be safe for the lovers.
