In relation to the discussion, if you get "no result" back from an investigative action, what do YOU take from that?

The first game I ran at RB I told people when they were role blocked. This generated too much data for the village IMO. Here at RB then, "no result" can either be the result of a successful role block, a jailing of your target, or the fact that they didn't do any of the things that you can detect.

Qgqqqqq, if you're village and you really only have a short comment as that you're a "night tracker" then I'm sorry but you got GM-screwed - either that of you pulled a Lewwyn and need to reread your role-PM .

If you're a wolf and you're fake-claiming to try and collect an Injera head before your inevitable demise, it was a nice attempt, but you really do need to have all the bases covered (including flavor) for a solid fake-claim.

If you're a wolf and Injera is too and this is an attempt to get Injera deep cover, then I give it 50/50 depending upon how many questions the village asks :D.

I see it now. JKaen thinks a valid Qg track on Matt would return Matt (Matt), but if Matt's power truly is cloaking then wouldn't Matt (Matt) return as Matt (Nil)?



Don't get me wrong, they should lynch Qgqqqqq.

agree with Sareln on all counts. lynch Qgqq, and also Brick I think "no results" is standard on RB to mean pretty much anything possible except for actual positive results.

I don't know. It says I see what action(s) they took. It's ambiguous if that includes the target.

lmao. as novice points out, injera isn't even a tracker. so there's no conflict between Q and injera after all (other than seems to be an abundance of roles here).

Lynching Selrahc does not get you a resolution. It's shrugging your shoulders and going "oh well, I guess this guy we decided not to policy lynch on day 2 when he told us he wasn't going to be around until night 4 we're going to policy lynch on day 4..."

EDIT:

Basically, if you're not lynching him immediately village has already paid for the confusion, at least give him an opp. day 5 to make a contribution then. If no contribution is forthcoming, lynch him then. Not day 4 right before he's about to become active!
