Looks like we'd have had an easy final round if Red picked anything other than Horn- "Fly" and "Ham" are covered easily by something like Spoiled.


Edit- or was it fly? I don't get the connection if so.

So, probably a couple years ago, I played a civ mod (TAM?) that had the scythians in it as a faction. So I googled them.

If you google scythian, the top autocomplete result is

scythian band

because there is a musical group named Scythian!

I never looked at what that meant, I guess I must have seen the autocomplete option and it just stayed in my mind... and I was already thinking of the scythians as being like a band of people so that's the definition I assumed it was using.

Also, the scythians wikipedia page has the following counts:
gold: 34
center/central: 30
bow/archer(y): 16
horse: 16 (unclear whether or how much they used horseshoes though)
horn: 2 (used to fasten belts)
ivory: 1

I think in retrospect that clue was too ambitious. Good job though bacchus, we almost had them! Good game.
