I am happy if we keep 1 turn a day minimum.
It gives me the time to mull over my strategy too. Been busy reading the little intricacies of the game. That's part of the fun. Once you people start rolling over me, maybe the fun will be over lol

Worst case scenario, the site tracks average turn times for everyone so we know who to dogpile if we want to speed up the game  mischief

We could start the first Civ6 PYFT War!

Well, maybe we can do turn 4 a tad quicker.

see, it's already working wink

seriosly, while easier schedule would be better (too bad it wasn't nailed before actual start!), it seems so far that 1 turn per day is realistic - and that's already quite good pace.

yup. turn 4 arrived around 2 hours too late for me to play before work. Maybe I should apply for more telecommuting smile

By the way, on weekends, that time (around 8am) is perfect for me to play my turn. I guess the next in line would be sleeping by then though, so we would get into a morning routine.

As oledavy said, I would be the one accumulating the most hours for my turns. Maybe it's time for AW for me against all of you lol

I do appreciate the fact that everyone here is chafing that we can't get to 2 turns per day, encouraging for the future turn pace of this game  goodjob

No though, I think we could probably get 2 turns per day but for the fact that Woden gets home from work just a little too late to get the turn to Singaboy before he leaves for work. This creates the cascading effect where Alhambram and The Archduke don't get the save before they leave in the morning and instead play it in their evening time slot. If we ever overcome that gap, we might be able to get 2/turns per day consistently.

Anyway, we can try for a blitz session this weekend if people are around? I'll be at my computer writing for most of Saturday and Sunday so it won't be too hard for me to move a warrior and hit enter a few times.

I was total bummed when I got the email a little after 1 pm (my time). I knew I could not make it home in time because of a late meeting. This should not happen often but I am looking into options for remote play. I have an older notebook that might play the game if I turn down the settings or I might be able to remote into my home computer but that might be iffy with my office's network security. Some idiot keeps opening encryption-ware emails and they have clamped down on porting in, not sure about out.

This almost sounds like you're implying a dog-pile on me yikes

I don't think we should go to such extreme measures as playing our turns from work. One turn a day during weekdays, maybe sometimes 2 and on the weekends, we shall see what we can achieve.

I should be able to play earlier tomorrow, so we might get 2 turns in.
