I am a bit puzzled by now. Sure Proxy Hatch was worth trying, if we commited more troops to defend it maybe we would have exhausted ourselves and could not defend cannon rush. But as this is not the case, what is Ichabod achieving apart from getting WE and looking more attractive as a target.

And where exactly is the benefit of ceding both cities.

He should be lucky we even deign to cede Carthage instead of spoiling him further on this. Shrug.

I think he rightly assesses that he can pay the price of small inefficiency to himself to limit our ability to be a threat. Giving Proxy Hatch back would let us get to knights quite quickly for example.

Without a horse ressource, you do know that the Horse does not heal up? I can poke out and see if we can advance.

I do not feel particulary well about it, but we cautiously advance. His GG is gone, but the DotF alone is... nasty.
