Odd, my guess is that it's something to do with your in-game name having a space and/or being really long, but I don't know... I've checked like 5 times to make sure it matches your ingame name and it does. You didn't sign up with a different email address did you? Might be kind of a dumb question, but figured I'd ask just in case the saves are all going to a different email address.
