@Maniac, nothing personal, but I feel in this game that I've done you such direct harm that a neighborly peace isn't possible. I'm sorry, but the war must continue. That and I think if there's an active war on, the Concordant can't hold a vote to assign cities right? Since Lal is Concordant head and he apparently hates my guts, I wouldn't put it past the AI to try that.

@Sian, Mardoc, I will not impede any purchased missionaries intended for Maniac; after all, people should get what they pay for. Since there are not strategic resources for building units iirc, the Consciousness does not view trading resources with the Data Angels as a problem. At some point in the near future, hopefully, we can put this all behind us and Transcend peacefully.
