Nobody wrote about the CloseToHome version. Thus I used 5.0.0 just in respect for the latest changes programmed by Charriu. Farewell Charriu and hopefully you will come back later

Because this is a really big game with 19 players: Please join the game with the BTS_Wrapper program if possible. Otherwise it would be annoying for players on the server is you're joining and they had to wait minutes until you're in.
Files have to be extracted into the Civ4:BTS game directory. Documentation about the program is not good, but if it is not working: Check if it creates BTS_Wrapper.log in the game directory or '%TMP%'.

Is there a changelog with the differences between CtH 4.something and 5.0?

I thought the map setting was supposed to be Large but in game the map size is Huge. No issues with playing on if we choose to, it just means I need to redo some opening planning.

I asked this in my thread and was told that we’re using a Huge map adjusted to the settings behavior of Large.  So you should be okay if you set your sandbox as Large. Can someone confirm?

I was very surprised by the size as well but thought I just misread something earlier. In my case it affects my start so much that I would have rerolled my civ had I expected the bigger size.

I can confirm that this is not the case. Technologies cost as much as they do in my huge sandbox.

Hmmm, no bueno.  Then I’d definitely suggest that everyone wait for clarification before playing their turn.
