I was wondering what message/information you were intending to impart to the lurkers with that particular screenshot?

Having the most powerful army, Commodore is using his golden age to build more units.

So what? Pindicator has WDed Commodore, Wetbandit has WDed Commodore. It is the theme of the game. Commodore has 726 power, I have 453, Yuris and Logical have about 250, Wetbandit has 71. There is nobody to threaden Commodore right now.

So what? How much of his Power is tied up in Pop and Infra right now? How much in obsolete units, MP and in forces to guard his borders? If he strikes back at you, how much more likely does that make a dogpile, how much more force would he need to defend against that?
What do you think he should be building instead of Collateral units?
Your reporting style tends to the cryptic; relying on an image to convey a message, but that message isn't getting across (to me, at least). In this case and several times before you've made comments that seem pretty dismissive of some Commodore's decisions without really explaining yourself, and yet he's the one winning the game. I guess I'm just trying to understand things from your point of view a bit better.

I think, Commodore has about 200 power worth of pop and infra, about 200 worth of guards. This makes Commodore's real power about 300. There can be no dogpile, Logical and Yuris have no real army, only pop, infra and guards.

Commodore is not winning the game, he is losing it. Commodore is falling behind in tech. He makes 120 gold at 90% slider building some wealth, when his golden age is over, his economy will crash.

I think Commodore does not deserve to lose the game, if he keeps this standoff, I will have no choice but to nuke his economy.

Well gee, I never thought of that.

That almost sounds like you don't want to win...
Care to share the nuking plan; sometime before literal nukes, I assume?

I cannot win, I said that at the very beginning of the game. There were a shade of a chance to win, if Commodore would accept city-gold deal or the peace-2cities deal. The offers were reasonably priced.
I can build 20-something spies, 2 spies per each happiness resource Commodore has, and disconnect them all in 1 turn.
