@Swapped Ports: I fixed this set RB52 back to 2052 and RB54 on 2054!
Reason for this bug: I've probably forgot to update the port of RB54's CivilizationIV.ini. It was still containing 2052 because I've copied this folder.
We didn't recognize this earlier because Civ4 picks the next free port if someone is already used.

I have seen a pattern when joining the game ...
- connect, progress bar scans once, twice with no connect ... so I kill it
- connect, progress bar stutters at the beginning and joins game within a single scan
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Attention!
I was notified that I have a serious flaw in my corporation change. If you spread a corporation with the free Executives before the Corporation HQ is founded, then the HQ can't be founded by anyone. Unfortunately the way HQ and Corp spreading works, required me to make the following change for future versions:
Executives are only able to spread a Corporation if the HQ is already founded.
This is the cleanest way to address the issue. Now what does this mean for the currently running games. We have two options:
1. We update the mod once again with my fix included
2. We do nothing. The game will either end before corporations can be founded or everybody makes sure only to spread corporations if the HQ is already founded.
I leave the decision to the players.

Updating the mod was simple and painless last time, so I don't mind just doing that on the off chance that the game gets to Corporations

Well because the game is still young there is a third option. We just do nothing and should another bug occur that requires an immediate update then I'll put that fix in there too.
