Yes, and feeding bad advice, like how Joao is totally scary and should never be attacked under any circumstances.
Is this based on the assumption that a rapidly expanding player is more likely to sink hammers into units that it gets discounts on (workers/settlers) than actual defenders, and so will be under defended? Otherwise, this missed me totally.
Edit: Or, is it facetious with the implication that if you never attack Joao that he will win by domination in the land grab phase without ever firing a shot?
