We now have 5 (soon 6) games of CtH running. The traits haven't changed much except for minor changes to Protective and Aggressive from PB53 onward. I will soon (T100) be able to reveal more and interesting data from my tracking tool in PB54s lurker thread. But before that happens I want to take the chance and collect some unspoiled data from you players and lurkers of this mod. For this I provided this survey, which should be fairly quick to fill out:
CtH 1.5 Pre-Tracking Survey
Thanks in advance for all the feedback and thank you for playing this mod.

A 3 point grading system feels a bit imprecise to me. There's traits that I wouldn't really classify as 'too strong' but I would think are slightly stronger than the alternatives. So 'ok' does not feel like a satisfying answer either.
I guess if you switched to a 5 point system most of my answers would be in the middle 3 anyway(only one I feel might not be is aggressive, haven't thought about it yet). I can fill the survey out on that basis if you want, just wanted to be sure what you are looking for.

I will consider a 5 point system for the next survey. Right now I'm more interested in the extreme cases, therefore I consider a slightly stronger = ok, at least for now.

Cool, I'll just look for any extreme outliers so.

Just for what it is worth: For more "correct" surveys it is better to use a 4 point or 6 point system. Humans tend to shy away from the extremes in those and go towards the middle, so in a 3-point system, you will mainly get answers in the middle. A 5-point system has the same issue, both outlier-answers will rarely get used. Not having a "middle" answer also helps to get people to actually think about the question more, because there is no "so-so" answer, every answer is towards either end.

Very interesting Serdoa. Haven't thought about that. Say thanks to your wife from me.
For what it's worth. I don't want to make immediate changes based on that survey. I just want to capture the current opinions before I present data that might change that opinion.

Sorry, I meant to post in this thread along with my CivGeneral post. But I'm going to have to step away from this game effective immediately given what all's gone down. I've posted for a replacement, and I'm hopeful someone can take over and move this game on.
