Do you think Trudeau will resign? I don't think so.

There are news reports that Trudeau is expected to resign this week.

It has been confirmed that Trudeau will resign but will stall until March by not allowing Parliament to come back. I would guess Singh guessed that would happen and said that he would no-confidence vote; knowing that he wouldn't risk his pension.

The Conservatives need help to get a no confidence vote to pass, so in theory Trudeau could be around until October. I would guess the other parties will want to use this time to distance themselves from him so they minimize collateral damage in the next election...

Unless Singh wants to kill himself (because he said he would vote no-confidence even if Trudeau is replaced) the government goes down in March because Trudeau has to call them back to pass a mandatory bill. BQ would be eager for election. NDP+Conservatives+BQ is a majority. Edit: BQ has confirmed they would vote against government.

Liberals are favored to win on Monday. But if they fail to reach majority I predict the government would be very unstable as BQ/NDP would want to ditch liberals ASAP after NDP gets smashed in this election.

It appears that Liberals will get another minority government. There's a good chance that the CONs get a do-over election due to BQ/NDP refusing to support but let's see what happens...

Actually I don't really think the Liberals will have much trouble forming a coalition government if they end in a minority rather than a majority government. They'll of course have to make some compromises to do it though, if it comes to that. The appetite for no-confidence amongst the BQ and the NDP has been greatly suppressed by Trump, and will be further suppressed by the drubbing they've taken at the polls. Voters clearly want a government that will be able to take action to stand up against US tariffs and threats to sovereignty.

NDP got drubbed because they supported the Liberals and the current Liberal leader doesn't speak French.

I don't think that's very good read of the situation. How closely have you actually been following Canadian media on this? The election has been a single issue one, and people are voting Liberal (or Conservative in some cases) rather than Bloc or NDP because they are voting strategically.
