I also found my way here from Sullla's site, as a lot of members have. Lots of Civ VI activity going on, obviously. There are also a lot of other games with activity, such as X-COM (in multiple variants), Master of Orion, and more. Always good to have more people joining the fun.

Hi all,

Lurking the forum for the last 4-5 years (including reading Pitboss game threads). First came across the forum through Sullla's website.

I've been playing Civ game since the third incarnation. Civ IV is still my favorite, and I skipped Civ V like most of this forum's members. I've been playing Civ 6 recently and I'm enjoying it so far, so I decided that the time is right to participate in this community. I'm looking forward to playing with you all!

Oh, i have been posting in several threads of Civilization 6 already before i noticed this welcome thread. 
Been playing civilization since civilization 4 and found the way to here through Sulla's website. Been lurking here long without registering.
Bought civilization 5 and was disappointed with it, now with civilization 6 out which is a fun to play i decide to join here in hope of some exciting adventures.

Welcome, Alhambram! A bit belated, since you have already been participating. But welcome anyway.

Civ 6 stuff is going on, as you already know. Lots of other things around the forums, as well: mafia and werewolf style games, XCOM stuff, Master of Orion is active, and more. Poke around in odd corners, who knows what you might find.

Hello together,

I play CIV since CIV4 and recently stumbled on CIV6. After reading some (all) of Sulla's reports I decided to give it a go and bought it. Now I am following some threads over here and try to participate in Adventure 4 as well. (But somehow I still need to figure out how to start a thread xD)

I have been meaning to post here since I saw it a few weeks ago but just haven't until now. Been playing civilization since Civ 4 vanilla and came across RB when I found Sullla's website (like most) when I was looking for a tutorial to improve my game. Read a lot of the early Civ 4 Epics and Adventures and a few early Pitboss games. Never played 5 because I didn't have the hardware. I built a gaming rig right before 6 came out and have been enjoying 6 ever since. I always liked the idea of variant play and thought I would join in on the fun. I am playing in Civ 6 PBEM 2, hopefully I don't make a fool of myself.

From the sound of things (and the 80 posts so far) you are jumping right in. Great! The more the merrier. Lots of non-Civ stuff is scattered around as well if you are interested, so poke into the corners and see what you find. XCOM, Master of Orion, werewolf and mafia games, and more are going on here at RB.

Thanks. I might check out the XCOM stuff because I was think of give XCOM2 a try. I was think of joining back when I was playing Civ 4 but by that time everybody was playing with the expansions and I never got around to buying them, had too many other commitments. But now that 6 is out, figured I would give it a go.
