Lower difficulty levels?

Since we didn't shift difficulty level names and instead added Hard to the middle, removing the last one isn't necessary for naming reasons.
The gap between the modifiers for them is pretty large and it even includes a few "yes/no" type differences.

This is the current state of all difficulty levels, including changes made today :

It looks like Normal still has significant AI handicaps, while "Hard" is full AI capability with extremely minor bonuses needed to keep the AI functional. The difficulty levels should be labelled in a way that is informative of the amount of AI handicap or bonus IMO.

Based on this, I think Hard should be renamed to "Full AI", and Normal renamed to "Casual". Although "Full AI" doesn't fit the word theme, I think most players would prefer to know exactly which level represents a full AI with no significant handicap or bonus. "Serious" would also be a decent alternative.

One option is to name the difficulties after unit experience levels. Recruit, regular, veteran, elite, ultra elite, phantasm

After a lot of thinking I decided to keep the name "Fair" to avoid unnecessary confusion, and only added "Fair (Hard" difficulty" into the help entry text.
So we have "Beginner" as the new difficulty level, and everything else has the old name and old intended target audience, the only major change is the nerf to Easy and Normal AI.
