Time to get partitioned like Poland, I suppose.
More people have been to Berlin than I have.
Is that character a variant? (I just love getting asked that in channel.) - Charis |

I've been sending diplo messages, every day, to raskol and TBW, and both are telling me how worried they are that the other will attack them, and therefore they cannot attack SD/Cairo.

Declare war against both of them. That will show them.

Raskol attacked TBW
I fucking hate this game

Down to one city next turn.
Raskol is dumping EP into us. What kind of absolutely demented fucking game is he playing. Cairo's borders were open...

And if raskol thinks he and cairo can double team SD, that's very naive.

No problem, it was a pleasure playing with you. I should probably write a post-mortem eventually, but I think it can be summed up by "don't be passive and set more long-term goals"

However the picks did sway me and i think cairo/raskol into not helping/trusting you. With agg rome and agg/cha america i expected one of you to initiate a war of conquest and split a neighbor lol. I was sad to see no return PM where i would have NAP'd with you so that i could put a dent in Raskol's stack... Again. I figured that would have been the perfect opportunity for you to hit Cairo with whatever you could with your tech lead at the time instead of the alternative that ended up happening.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow.
In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."-Old Harry. PB48. |
