Man this GMR is apparently so F'ing buggy. If it's the same issue that happened to me multiple times, then the turn needs to get reverted back to Ichabod for him to play it again.
And I think only you (or Yuri as the game host) have the ability to do that. You should see an option to do so on the GMR website.
