I'm getting a weird thing in which the pictures won't load for the final two sections of your report. Sad! It looks like a really well played mission. Way to bring every except me home!!!

(Anyone else think it's weird that they refer to the sacrificial soldier as "the package" in the ending cutscene?

Hmm, anyone else having that problem? They seem to be loading fine for me, but with browsers, caching, and the fact that I'm the local source for the files, that doesn't really mean all that much.

Never mind... now it's working. Weird.

OK, will have to read through the report once I get a bit more time. But it looks good -- victory for X-COM over the alien scum! goodjob

It has been a lot of fun playing this one as a team. Our forward momentum sort of sputtered out during the end of year holiday season, but that is not really surprising. Great work, everyone!

EDIT: OK, read the report. Nice work, Sareln! smile

My avatar got to kill some aliens, heal some squad members, suppress a wounded sectopod, and finish off the uber ethereal. Awesome. goodjob

The statistics screens often make no sense, like the numbers of engineers and scientists shown for "world". I was half amused/half annoyed at seeing zero labs -- that has been the result in both my completed personal games as well. Sad that what appears to be a "basic" improvement should really never be built -- poor design by Firaxis on that. frown Oh well, it is a minor thing but it annoys me -- I guess it sort of represents the ways the game falls short of what it could have been.

Yeah, your scoped rifle and high move basically made you a go-to for any question/tough shots, and you basically came through every single time. You could've rolled against 70% on the sectopod for the kill, but I didn't feel like taking cannon fire.

I think labs might have their place in a highly optimized Europe-based speed run, but yeah, they fall into the "nice to have" category, which all too often on higher difficulties translates almost one-to-one into the "I never build this" category.
