Lazteuq I think got Hinduism. Only one we haven't met, so by process of elimination it should be him. He also built the Stonehenge some time ago.



Demos good, city count bad. What to do with a tech edge. Currency? Colossus? Hmm.
Another question is when to swap to Buddhism. Perhaps after whipping the next settler.

I made a dot map:



Light Green: Can work cows from the beginning. Get cottages up ASAP.
White: Filler fishing village, though will work the gold once grown.
Orange: Production city, I think. It's not the greatest, but the map has low production, so it is needed. Lumbermill the plains forests? Food might be an issue.
Purple: Awkward placing due to the fish. Mixed commerce and production city.
White: Another filler city. Either grassland cottages or workshops, depends on whether we have access to good workshops when we settle it.



Purple: Nice island fishing village.
Green: First ring cows. Commerce city.
White: Filler fishing village, but it does have first ring deer.
Pink: Also a filler fishing village. Gets fresh water from the oasis.
Purple: Likely border city. Two first ring food to work. Tradeoff between hill border city or keeping the gems in BFC.

Mjmd is up to 4 cities. That is concerning, but gotta keep in mind Serdoa from PB58. City count isn't everything.



That said, I am now going to 2-pop whip a settler from Emperor. Exusiai will grow to 4 and also 2-pop whip a settler. They will settle the two x's.

I ended up turning research off for now.

2-pop whipped the settler and with the overflow we can 3-turn a worker right after.
We also got some good news:



Yup, a forest growth north of the deer.

Exusiai follows up with the same routine: 2-pop whip a settler, 3T build a worker.
We will either convert to Buddhism next turn, or wait for the workers to come out first. We either lose out on 2 worker turns or 2 city turns.
