The 3rd ring pig is very nice, Cre gets it inside our borders on T25 and if we can settle our 2nd city there it could solve our worker issues. No guarantee that copper will be over there of course, but we'll have a better idea of Zulu's proximity when we have to make the decision.

I'm inclined to let the border pops de-fog the south, and do a loop around the north with our scout.
