We need more military since Dave send a HA towards us.

My thoughts:

C2 has next to no food. I'd probably move it SE, and also perhaps not settle it as early. Also, with all that jungle it would take really long to get up to speed, so I might not have it be the second settled city.

It looks to me like our workers are spending way too much time roading. Those worker turns could instead be spent chopping or improving tiles.

Other than that the city sites and order of settling looks fine to me.
