Point out the credit stockpile, point out the fact that it seems like he's planning to steal from me, but hasn't bothered to ask... and keep building tanks.

Going to finish tanks and then build command centers while finishing up the tech to Memetics, then open up into infantry, at which point I should have some units in my border bases with Mardoc and I'm ready to just go for broke on production.
