Seven seeks to burn my capital with his scout, but I have thwarted his nefarious plan with a combat worker and settler:

The worker was due to move to the fgh anyway, and it didn't matter which tile the settler moved to, so I figured why not block his free look at my cap. If he guesses my planned second city location and stands on it with his scout, I'll move to the plains forest and settle one north of the planned spot. It's actually a stronger long term city site but it does delay netting the Fish by 2t (1t extra travel for the wb and 1t extra to produce the wb)

I'm happily sitting at the bottom of the scorboard now that we've all got our land points from settling our caps.

I'm looking at eot 37 to finish up PHood, Pottery and the Oracle.

With Buddhism as yet unfounded, I'm liking my chances for the Oracle better and better.

Other than Kyan standing his scout on my pigs for a couple of turns....not much other than expanding.

No wonders done yet and no Buddhism founded yet. I'm expecting Budd to go any turn now, ditto Henge.

My horses will be connected t33 and I'll be settling for the copper t37. I'm going to be a bit short on workers at that point due to the Oracle build and two workboat builds but I can live with that. More workers are on their way.

No sign of Buddhism being founded and no Henge yet.

Oracle due EOT 37.

Buddhism is gone.

3rd city due on t37. First Chariot due eot 37. Oracle due at end of t37. Pottery due end of turn 37.

If I whiff on Oracle, I can complete Henge t38 (I've got 19 hammers into it, mainly for the failgold ). I need two more hammers than I can possibly produce on t37 to do Henge instead of Oracle.

If I whiff on both....well at least I'll have enough gold on hand to keep on 100% tech for quite some time. :silverlining:
